Insert the image. In Word, choose Insert, Pictures, and select the PNG.
Resize the signature. Drag a corner handle to preserve its proportions.
Choose wrapping and position. Use Wrap Text and Position to place the image with the document content.
Save the document. Review the placement, then save the Word file.

Method 2: Add a signature line in Word

In desktop versions of Word that support it, use Insert, Signature Line, then enter the suggested signer details. A Signature Line marks the signing location; it does not turn a handwritten PNG into a certificate-based digital signature.
